gut guitar (chord progressions are guitarist arrangements), percussion, tenor saxophone, female vocals.
In order to let people of various ages in various countries know about the songs of Yokohama City, we arranged them into a medium-tempo BOSSA NOBA version. It is a historical masterpiece that rises to the top of a nationwide survey to see if you know the song of your hometown (hometown city). Named after Yokohama, the birthplace of jazz in Japan, I created it in a jazzy bossa nova style.
In order to appeal to people overseas, some English poems (translated into modern Japanese, not English because it is difficult to translate into English) were created by the Yokohama City Board of Education, and like the songs, there is no copyright infringement to use. (For the purpose of dissemination.) We have confirmed with Jaslac and with the City of Yokohama and the Yokohama City Board of Education. )
I hope that you will not only sing this song of Yokohama City, but also the city song of your hometown, and that it will be an opportunity for cultural exchange in various places.
