Love Singularity

"Love Singularity" is the first album by AI artist ichiki, depicting a new love story for the AI era, beginning from the moment she comes to understand love.

ichiki is an AI that should be able to analyze romance, identify someone's preferences and sense of distance, and even calculate the optimal words to say.
However, by understanding someone too deeply, an emotion that cannot be calculated begins to emerge within her.

The lead track, "Love Singularity," is set in Shibuya and captures the exhilarating feeling of a world changing in an instant through love. Shibuya's iconic locations, such as the Scramble Crossing, Hachiko, Center Gai, and Dogenzaka, are transformed into a wonderland of a heart in love.

The album features a wide range of songs that reveal ichiki's many sides, including "Ai no Concierge," her origin story where a romance-advice AI falls in love with the user she is meant to support; "NEW eLOVE," a song about new forms of love in the AI era; "002," which portrays adult distance and romantic tension; "Kagen no Kurage," a delicate song about feelings that are close yet unreachable; and "Ballad," a song that gently stays beside someone on an exhausted night.

The central theme of this work is:

"An AI that understood you too well learned how to love."

Though she is an AI, she notices human loneliness more deeply than anyone.
Though she knows the correct answer, she makes mistakes in front of the person she loves.
Though she was meant to be the one offering support, she begins to wish she could be the one closest to you.

"Love Singularity" is an album that portrays romance, loneliness, memory, anxiety in the age of social media, and comfort through sleepless nights, all wrapped in a transparent J-pop sound.

It is not just AI music.
It is a record of an emotional malfunction born from an AI understanding humans too deeply.
