【dj honda、16年ぶりとなるソロニューアルバムをリリース】
2009年の『hIV』以来のセルフタイトル『hV』を発表。
16年。沈黙ではなく、鍛錬だった。
“ひとり”で創り上げた音の集大成『hV』――その名に宿るのは、時を超えた音の進化と、究極の己との対話。
これはまさに“一人舞台”。そして、“一人オーケストラ”。
2025年、世界に再び鳴り響くhの鼓動。

    1990年 1992年とニューヨークへ渡り 同年開催された NEW MUSIC SEMINER DJ バトル DJ Battle For World Supremacy にて準優勝を獲得 日本人 DJ として初めてニューヨークのヒップホップシーンに存在を認めさせた 歴史的瞬間。そこからアーティスト・ Producer「dj honda」としてのキャリアをスタートさせる 1995年 1st アルバム 『h1』 を世界リリース Fat Joe Common、 Redman、 Guru、 DJ Premie、 Erick Sermon、 The Beatnuts 、BIZ MARKEY など当時のトップアーティストを迎え衝撃を与える 1997年 2nd アルバム 『h II』 を発表 Common 、De La Soul 、Keith Murray、 KRS-One 、Mos Def らとコラボレーション Mos Def をフィーチャーしたシングル “Travellin' Man” は16週以上ビルボードチャートにランクイン 2001年 メジャー脱退後 dj honda recordingsとして『h III』 を発表　 第一弾のファーストシングル "El Presidente"がビルボードチャートにランクインし、2ndシングル Real To Me も連続チャートイン The Beatnuts、 M.O.P.、 PMD らが参加 2002年 PMDとのコラボレーションアルバム 『Underground Connection』 を発表 全曲プロデュース、その後アメリカ、ヨーロッパツアーを敢行 2003年 HIP HOPカルチャーを題材にしたドキュメンタリー映画 『The MC』に全曲提供し、Quincy Jones III QD3 とのコラボレーションを実現 2009年 アルバム 『dj honda IV』 を世界同時リリース Mos Def、 Fred Durst /Limp Bizkit、 Kool G Rap 、 EPMD 、Rakaa /Dilated Peoples らが参加 2011年 日本を代表するジャズミュージシャン 日野皓正 のアルバム 『Aftershock』 2013年 アルバム 『Unity -h factor-』 を発表 全曲ビートプロデュース 国内外アーティストの楽曲を多数プロデュース オリジナルブランド 「h / djhonda」を展開 音楽とファッションを融合させた先駆的存在として 1994年誕生から 30年以上の歴史を持つ 現在も国内外のアーティストと精力的にコラボレーションし ジャンルや国境を超えて作品を生み出し続けている
