• Sayonara Jinkoeisei

  "Sayonara Jinkoeisei" is a four-piece rock band from Osaka. Influenced by Happy End, Tatsuro Yamashita, Oasis, My Bloody Valentine, etc., songwriter Jotaro Kato (Vo, Gt) developed panic anxiety disorder just before his graduation ceremony in his third year of high school, and disbanded the band he had been in. He spent a year staying at home and undergoing treatment. During this period of treatment, he realized how happy it is to "be grateful, not push yourself, and cherish each day," which are obvious but not obvious things, and he resumed making music that does not try to look cool or over-the-top, but rather lights a warm flame in the hearts of those who listen to it. Then, in January 2025, he formed a new band called "Goodbye Artificial Satellite" with former band member Ryunosuke Yasuda (Gt), band staff member Hiroto Sato (Ba), and junior Hitone (Dr), who he scouted at the high school they attended. Under the sun, under the starry sky...the music you'll want to listen to and sway your body along with nature is new, yet somehow nostalgic, and one-of-a-kind. People with similar illnesses, people who are mentally exhausted, people who are happy every day... these are gems of music that we want to share with the hearts and ears of many people, young and old, men and women. It's a strangely comfortable feeling, like floating in a second universe.
