Yuta and Misaki first met and fell in love during their high school years, but as their lives grew busier, misunderstandings and distance slowly pulled them apart.

Rather than pretending that the lost years never happened, they choose to accept the time they spent apart and decide to choose each other once again.

One afternoon, at the ages of 25 and 26, they unexpectedly meet again in a bookstore. While Yuta is browsing a book, Misaki gently taps him on the back. From that moment, the time that had stopped between them begins to move again.

"Just like picking up where we left off yesterday."

They do not simply try to recreate the past. Instead, they accept the silence, the tears, and the years apart, and choose to walk forward together once more. Two years later, at the ages of 27 and 28, they marry.

Even mistakes and separation can eventually become part of the answer.

*Saigokaku* is a warm and bittersweet love song about reunion, second chances, and choosing a shared future. It is the concluding song of the "Gokaku" series.
