  He developed an interest in music from a young age and began playing instruments seriously in elementary school. While he was more interested in composing than singing, he taught himself guitar and performed on stage, even playing in a band with adults. His student days saw him becoming increasingly fascinated with music. He expanded his activities to include auditions and live performances. After graduating from high school, he got a job, but his dream of becoming a musician never left him. He continued to create music on his own, eventually pursuing a career in music. While continuing to study as an arranger, he also attracted attention as a singer. He made his debut in 2000 with "Joushuu Tabigarasu." He has been active not only in his hometown of Ishikawa Prefecture, but also in Okayama Prefecture, where he has ties to the people who helped him during his debut, appearing on TV and radio, appearing on numerous stages, and holding solo shows. In 2008, he established "Kashimayu Music Office." In addition to arranging and composing, he also works as a karaoke and singing instructor. He has been commissioned to compose numerous songs not only in his hometown of Ishikawa Prefecture but also outside the prefecture. Recently, his YouTube channel "Karaoke Lessons with Arranger Takamasaki" has been well-received, and he is increasingly active.
