Artist Profile

  • THE LUNCHBOX BAND

    Formed in 2014. The band is comprised of four members: Chizawa Yuko (Vo, Pf, Uk), Wakamori Shota (Gt.Uk, Cho.), Urasaki Kaoru (Ba.Uk.), and Chimuken (Ds, Per, Cho). The band's name was decided to be "The Lunchbox Band" in September 2016, and the band began full-scale activities. In June 2019, Shiroyama Miki (El) joined the band, making it a five-person group. In July of the same year, live activities were suspended due to bassist Urasaki Kaoru's poor health. In May 2020, during the self-restraint period due to the COVID-19 pandemic, "Colorful World" was recorded remotely and the music video was released. In December 2020, the first mini album "Let's have lunch!" was released. In February 2021, Urasaki Kaoru passed away. In the same month, the band went on hiatus. December 2021: Shiroyama Miki (El) leaves the band due to poor health. In the same month, the band goes on hiatus. In March 2024, the band resumes activities with new member Sasaki Akiko (double bass).
