Maki Amano 4th Mini Album "Gentle Flow"
Singer-songwriter Maki Amano, who has lived in Japan, the United States, and Malaysia, continues to sing with the theme of "Love & Peace."
Her heartfelt thoughts are packed into her 4th mini album, Gentle Flow.
The song "I don't wanna say I'm sorry" expresses a positive resolve that "to make those around you happy, you must first be happy yourself."
Featuring Azkira Sky, the funky track "Love & Peace feat. Azkira Sky" carries the wish for a world where children grow up with kindness and compassion.
Inspired by her experience delivering songs for the Tohoku reconstruction support, "Hamonnouta (Song Of Ripple)" sings a hopeful message:
"If we keep dropping droplets of kindness from person to person, it will eventually become a great power."
"Futari no Grandpa (Two Grandpas)" is a heartfelt song written with deep feelings for her two grandfathers who passed away ten years ago. It is a warm, comforting track wrapped in precious memories.
"LOVE SONG" passionately conveys daily gratitude to loved ones. This heartfelt love song expresses overflowing emotions with sincerity.
And the title track, "Gentle Flow," carries the message that gentle flows-the small daily accumulations-build an unshakable you.
Please also look out for the original illustrations drawn by Maki herself, which beautifully color the album's world.
