"Pale Bright," the new single from Half Mile Beach Club, is a summer tune built around a single guiding idea: translating the feeling of coolness into sound. During production, the band shared a mood board filled with visual images of "cool": footage of Finnish summers, lakeside scenes, sunlight filtering through trees. The title "Pale Bright" was drawn from the phrase "pale light" - a keyword evoked by the finished sound itself.
