  Ryo Izumi Singer/Song Writer/Producer He began his musical career in 2002. He founded the label "SOUNDFOUN.Creative.Crew," bringing together creators from various fields, and has pioneered a unique music scene from Hokkaido to the rest of the country. In 2013, following the release of his first full-length album "THE FIRST CRY," he signed a contract with Tower Records, an unusual move for an individual. Since then, all of his physical releases, including singles, have sold out, up to his third full-length album, "Reinvent Oneself." Even in today's world where subscription services have become mainstream, his fourth full-length album, "ONE," released on October 11, 2025, continues to prove his solid musicality, reaching No. 1 on the iTunes Store's "R&B/Soul" album chart, just like his previous works.The track "Tune Me Up!" from the album was also selected for FM NORTH WAVE's MEGA PLAY, an unprecedented achievement that speaks to the high regard for his talent. Active in a wide range of fields as a producer, songwriter, and featured artist, he is also dedicated to nurturing the next generation of artists as the representative of an NPO. He also remains at the forefront of the music scene, recently performing and collaborating with renowned Tokyo artists, expanding his presence beyond Sapporo to the entire country. His musical style centers on R&B, embracing the solitude of the night, quiet passion, and love, while also expressing a refreshing summer light, a poetic sentiment reminiscent of wandering the city, and the grand themes of life itself.
