"Bill"-the third collaborative project from rapper basō and producer reo shimotani, both affiliated with Franqinc. - features a track imbued with an ambient, melancholic vibe, over which basō candidly reveals his current reality as an artist.
The cover art for the release was created by reo shimotani, who also directed the accompanying music video.
Recording and mix-down were handled by EQUAL STUDIO (based in Osaka), while the mastering was performed by Hiroshi Shioda, a professional known for his work on numerous acclaimed records.
