The title is the Cheering Song. If you work hard without being known to others, there will come a time when you will bloom and be rewarded. That is how we are cheering them on. There are many words of encouragement, such as, "When it rains, the earth hardens and becomes stronger than before," or "After the rain, the light shines and the rainbow shines brightly." It is not uncommon for people to chase a blue bird and come a long way, only to find themselves alone on their way back home without finding it.
