Written and composed by Kanna, the daughter of the owner.
This is one of the best songs made in the manner of authentic Japanese pop tune, based on the restaurant's most popular menu item, Anago no Oshizushi (pressed sushi with conger eel).

Everyone from children to adults are invited to sing and dance to it!

    Born in Tokyo. Award winning manicurist. but launched a project to support his family's business Japanese traditional Sushi Restaurant. Released on October 20 2024 as the main theme song of the project. The collaborator is Mr. Kobayashi who has worked on songs for many famous artists. The project has already begun recording a new song and will continue to develop activities that take advantage of Tokyo's local strengths along with songs based on the themes of sushi and Japanese traditional.
