The eighth chapter of THE JDM LEGENDS turns to the Toyota Chaser-a four-door sedan powered by the formidable 1JZ turbocharged inline-six.
Its restrained silhouette suggests comfort, practicality, and composure. Beneath it lies something entirely different: deep torque, rear-wheel-drive aggression, and a machine built to break traction on command. Press the throttle, and the ordinary sedan turns sideways, disappearing through tire smoke and leaving convention behind.
Sideways means more than drifting. It means refusing to face the same direction as everyone else. Driven by heavy low-end frequencies and relentless electronic momentum, Four doors, sideways is an anthem for the four-door rebel that never accepted the role it was given.
