Tiare, the symbol of the romantic paradise of Tahiti. Sandii's sweet and fragrant voice expresses "Tahiti, a land of passion and enchantment" as if the gentle fragrance of Tahiti arrives on the trade winds.
From traditional Tahitian numbers to songs such as "Loving you" and "Kaze ni Naritai," which are well-known around the world, arranged with a Tahitian percussion. You will enjoy a trip to paradise through music.
Sandii lived in Hawaii during her late teens and most of her 20s. In that period, she sang in clubs and studied hula with Aunty Bella Richards of Kailua. She also met and bonded with Pattye Kealohalani Wright, who later became a Kumu Hula through Aunty Lani Kalama (1990). Sandii has the various, many different musical phases of her recording career. She has recorded as Sandi Ai, Sandy Hohn, Sandii & the Sunsetz, and now as Sandii. Since 1996, her albums have been Hawaiian or Polynesian-theme.
