Formed in the spring of 2000 at Chukyo University in Nagoya. Active based at Shineicho Club Rock'n'Roll, Apollo Theater (currently Apollo Base), Nagoya City. As the most important band that sparked the Nagoya indie scene in the '00s, After making his indie debut in 2002 with "Namida Ryuseigun", he made his major debut with Pony Canyon in 2004 with "Planet Home". They have left famous scenes at live houses all over the country. Among them, Nagoya Daigasho is a major event that pioneered the festival boom created by Nagoya bands. They mobilized a total of over 10,000 people and spawned many young follower bands. Although they went on an indefinite hiatus in July 2007, there are no shortage of calls for their comeback. In December 2010, they held a limited live show at Nagoya Diamond Hall and announced their comeback. Full-scale restart in April 2011, transferred to ONE BY ONE RECORDS, So far, they have released two albums, GALLERIA and HOWLING. In 2015, they released a re-recorded best album "METEO SMASH" to commemorate their 15th anniversary. Also, since 2014, he has been holding his own event NAGOYA ROCK METEO at Nagoya Club Quattro. He has filled Club Quattro for three years in a row and continues to make his presence felt. In May 2017, bassist Shinya Tokuda, who had been with the group for 17 years, left the band. In August of the same year, Yoppe, who had been watching over Boogie since its formation, joined the band. It transcends the evolution of the band and continues to resonate the urge to continue playing rock.
