  • Lil taro boy

Tokyo-based rapper Lil Taro Boy began creating music around the time SoundCloud rappers were making a significant impact on the scene, and like many others, he adopted the "Lil" prefix for his stage name. His lyrics, which explore expressions without straying too far from the ordinary reality, are filled with honest and unique words. This relatable approach resonates with not just hip-hop fans, but a wide audience. In 2021, he released his first EP "Jikan Geijutsu," and in 2023, his second EP "To Me." Since 2023, he has been organizing the Hip Hop / Bass Music party "HOPES" at Solfa in Nakameguro.
