This album features self-covers of songs that "Yocchy" created in the past, before becoming "Yocchy," when he was active as "Yosu" in the music unit "Rocketrain," and was produced by the band "Hannibal Shadow," which currently produces his music.

As the title suggests, it is truly his "Roots."

Yocchy was able to start his music career as "Yocchy" because he became deeply involved in music during his time as "Yosu."
