Pianist Yuka Akatsu, who weaves improvisations and compositions around the theme of "being natural," has released two digital tracks, "ohayo" and "ai," from her debut EP, "ohayo." "ohayo" is a limpid track that evokes the joy of waking up in the morning, the beauty of the sparkling light streaming in through the window, and the ability to start the day with a fresh, clear mind. The second track, "ai," is heartwarming, filled with gratitude for the friends and family who are close by, and small feelings of affection. What both tracks have in common is that being able to say "good morning" in the morning, and having people to live with and meet, is something that "is not something to be taken for granted," and they were created based on Yuka's own experiences and thoughts. The slow, gentle piano melodies and melodies of these two tracks gently embrace people's lives and daily routines.
