Shoumei

Burnt Orange, a three-piece rock band from Yonago City, Tottori Prefecture, presents their determined second single, "Shoumei" (Proof). This work features two contrasting tracks: "SNOW DROP," which depicts the struggle amidst negative emotions such as sadness, hatred, and despair that everyone experiences, and "APPLAUSE," named after the blue rose and expressing a pure and straightforward passion for music, as its flower meaning "Dreams come true. The impossible becomes possible." Light and shadow, despair and hope. The title track "Shoumei" resonates at the intersection of these two worlds, representing the reality of humanity that cannot be expressed without both, and the band's current position. It is the very reason why Burnt Orange is alive and well here, and continues to stand on stage, even if it's gritty. An essential anthem that imprints the unwavering identity of these three members challenging the whole country from Yonago, Tottori.
