The Diary of Iosif GENEI in karishiki

Genei was a doctor in Karishiki village. He cured the villagers' illness and assisted them. In 1874 during the Meiji era of Japan, Genei became an Orthodox. Orthodoxes were persecuted even in the Meiji era. Genei confronted the persecution and protected Orthodoxes and his family.
