Momiji & The Bluestones
Formed in 2019. Started working as a blues session band. Four years after the blues cover album "TIME MACHINE" released in 2021, this full original album "Flowin'" has finally been completed. It was sublimated from blues to funk, and it was finished in a work that made you listen to boogie blues funk that can only be made in the Blue Stones, and even Mellow Soul. Momiji Okubo, who plays the main role, made her debut in junior high school as a vocalist and harpist, and is currently also active in Wang Dang Doodle. In addition, Sara Maeda, who serves as a saxophone, has her roots in gospel and is so talented that she also participates in Mitsuki Kimura's band. Tomoyasu Takeuchi (ex. SUPER BUTTER DOG), Tomohiko Okamida, and Yoshihisa Shirane of the rhythm section are the strong people who support the Japanese dance music world.
