1985年横浜で結成さた THE VODKAは、Bluesを基盤にしたRock&Roll !! “Rockin’ the blues”をその時代ごとに時に激しく、時に優しくRock&Rollを、Bluesを体感できるBandとして全国のツアーで熱い支援を受けてきたRock&Roll Bandだ。
２０１９年に発表した”ESCAPE”は、19年振りのアルバムということもあり、ベスト盤的な意味合いからも各方面でTHE VODKAのRock&Rollが絶大な評価を受けた。
今回のニューアルバム”Moonshine”は、全曲がこのアルバムの為の新曲であり、
THE VODKAが今伝えたいこと、この時代で歌わなければいけない事を!
そして何度も何度も、笑いながら、少し泣きながら、踊りながら、、楽しんで欲しい!と
このアルバムにも前回同様ベースとプロデュースにThe Street Slidersの市川”James”洋二氏を迎え制作。
