Do Not Fight Others, Do Not Fight the Past, Do Not Fight the Outcome
Sometimes people suffer by comparing themselves to others,
regretting the past,
or worrying about outcomes that have not yet arrived.
Yet perhaps what we truly need
is not victory,
and not control,
but the ability to live fully in the present moment.
"Do Not Fight Others, Do Not Fight the Past, Do Not Fight the Outcome"
is a work inspired by the Tarot card, the Nine of Wands.
The wounds we have carried.
The walls we built to protect ourselves.
The caution we learned through experience.
None of these things were meaningless.
And yet,
we do not have to remain guarded forever.
We do not need to control the future.
We do not need to decide the ending before the story unfolds.
When the wind blows, flowers sway.
When the rain falls, they are nourished.
When sunlight reaches them, they bloom.
Just as flowers follow their nature,
we too are part of nature.
Rather than becoming a wall that blocks the flow,
become a vessel through which the flow may pass.
May this work help you release a little tension,
trust your own path,
and continue your journey as your authentic self.
Thank you for listening.
With gratitude,
Takafumi
To simply be is not about grasping an answer. It is a way of existence that continuously aligns the present from a future sense of conviction. This work releases the need for certainty born from thought, and explores conviction as something that exists beyond inner oppositions, within an expanded state shaped by both the innate and the acquired. Through inversion, the self reflects between the internal and the external, finding awareness within a state of autonomous dispersion. Even when the future cannot be seen, it exists like the wind, without fixing its direction. What appears as layers of conviction is not perfect overlap. Precisely because complete alignment never occurs, the world has continued to function. This work expresses those fleeting moments where things unexpectedly align, through inversion, weaving, and unfolding like a composition. Those who keep seeking answers will eventually be driven by the limits of time, shifting perspectives while questioning the intentions of others and the concepts they protect. Within this process lies both unconscious aggression and the will to reconstruct. Yet what is truly real is not an event, but a presence, something that reveals itself quietly at the end of time. To simply be is a return to existence itself. Through inverted thinking, it loosens cognition trapped in oppositions and reconfigures perception bound by the everyday. In a world that is never complete, without conviction, one cannot even confirm their own existence. This work entrusts the question of what conviction is to the deeper layer of language, the realm of word spirit. Through this, it approaches an essence of being that is neither biased toward the innate nor the acquired. Even identity, role, and form are not fixed, yet something continues to exist. It is an unseen expansion, a silent pillar supporting the foundation of the world. First, unfold the map from points and lines.
