Pear Soda will release their new single, "Zettlinger," on July 7th, the Tanabata festival day.

Having ranked in the Taiwanese iTunes chart with their single "Guremika" and achieving the number one spot in Tower Records' EggsChoice weekly ranking with the release of their 1st EP "pear soda" on February 24th, 2023, Pear Soda has been garnering attention in the indie music scene.

This track has been in the works since before the band started their activities as Pear Soda, and with the band's arrangement, the release has been realized. The mixing engineer is Usuba. The song tells the story of the evolving nature of love as time passes, and its sound, with a nod to 90s rock, is a new frontier for Pear Soda.

On the release date, a music video will be premiered on the band's official YouTube channel. The dramatic video intertwines scenes of a man and a woman spending time in Shimokitazawa with performances by the band members.
