SURPRISE FUTURE

"SURPRISE FUTURE"is Roach's second EP, built around the theme of an "unexpected future,"as its title suggests.

Here, "SURPRISE FUTURE"does not simply refer to the future that lies ahead. It represents both the present-the future once imagined by his past self-and the future that awaits him from where he stands today.

Finding himself in places he never imagined, meeting people he never expected to meet, and witnessing scenes he could never have pictured before-if his past self could see who he is today, how surprised would he be?

And the future he imagines now may one day become a reality far beyond anything he can currently envision.

Across six tracks, the EP explores the changes and expectations that emerge through the passage of time, an affection for the past, and the excitement of stepping into an unknown world.

While his previous mixtape, "Heartache Groove," confronted his own vulnerability and loneliness and transformed those emotions into groove, "SURPRISE FUTURE" expands his perspective beyond himself, reflecting on the path he has traveled so far while looking ahead with anticipation toward a future still unknown.
