A heartwarming world of sound and play that can be enjoyed by children and adults alike.A "sound fantasy world" using ancient instruments from the Middle Ages and Renaissance, as well as imaginary instruments created by the Roba(Donkey) Music Theatre.
"Zig" is a neologism created by Roba Music Theatre. When Zig, the fairy residing within everyone's heart, awakens, a rich and stimulating creative power surges forth.
The CD "Jig: The Ship of Imagination" is packed with original music that will stimulate children's imaginations. Various scenes unfold, from circuses to festival squares. Like viewing works of art from ancient times to the present day in a museum, each listener is invited on a fantastical journey.

ロバの音楽座は、中世･ルネサンス時代の古楽器やオリジナル空想楽器により、 子どもも大人も楽しめる、心温まる「音と遊びの世界」を創造しているグループ。 1973年 中世・ルネサンス音楽を演奏する「カテリーナ古楽合奏団」結成。82年 子どもたちに音楽の夢を運ぶべく「ロバの音楽座」結成。2004年よりNHK Eテレ「パンツぱんくろう」「からだであそぼ」「いないいないばぁっ」などの音楽を担当。 09年 第3回キッズデザイン賞・創造教育デザイン部門において金賞〈経済産業大臣賞〉を受賞。11年「らくがきブビビのコンサート」16年「森のオト」が厚生労働省社会保障審議会特別推薦文化財作品に選ばれる。2024年 ロバの音楽座のオリジナル曲「ハッピーソング」が小学校3年の教科書（教育芸術社）に掲載される。
