思わず花を渡してあげたくなるような曲をぎゅっと詰め込んだ８cmCD。こだわりの手の平に収まるサイズ感と、ゆるいキャラクターが回る盤面がとてもかわいい。が、1st EPにしてはクセが強い。そんな自由奔放でマイペースに演奏してきためぐるの、楽しいも寂しいも嬉しいも、ありのままを記録している。その中から、めぐるのちょっと変わった代名詞”ハプニングが武器になっちゃう”強みを存分に発揮することになった「とことん落ち込むフェア」を配信リリース。こんなのアリなのか分からないが、心が動いたからいいんじゃないのか？（笑）

    water fairy performs while playing the guitar. With a slightly husky voice and lyrics that are both evocative and sincere, the artist delivers free-spirited live shows that offer a mix of laughter and soothing comfort. Combined with a distinctive visual presence, the artist unleashes a unique "Meguru World" defined by authenticity and a strong sense of self. It is said that those with a rich sensibility can actually perceive the emotions playing out across the artist's facial expressions. In 2023, the animated work Drowning in the Air (Kuuki ni Oboreru) for which the artist composed the music won the Runner-Up Grand Prize at the Egao Kandou Monogatari (Stories of Smiles and Inspiration) Video Adaptation Contest. The CG animated music video for the son Morning Town has also become a popular hit.
