2014年夭逝の女性シンガーソングライター「あしりれら=中宿優希」の生前音源集。
東京アンダーグラウンドのそのまた地下、各所で繰り広げられて来た数々のライヴ・イベントで、
少女性あふれる瑞々しい歌声をアコーディオン弾き語りというストイックなスタイルで聴かせて来た
「あしりれら」が遺したデモ、ライヴ、参加バンド「睡眠塔」スタジオ音源を一枚にまとめたアルバムが完成。
一般的にはほぼ無名だったシンガーですが、ビヨーク~アリ・アップからの影響と思われる
妖しくニンフ的で時折デモニッシュな側面も覗かせる優しくもエキセントリックな歌声が、
思春期から拗らせ続けた独善的乙女意識を痛々しいまでに持て余した意味深な歌詞が、
開放的にそして無防備に編まれたノスタルジックなメロディーのオリジナル楽曲が、
一部で高い評価を得て来た彼女だけにあまりに早い死が悔やまれます。
「あしりれら」の歌に一度でも間近で接した事のある方はもちろん、
いろいろなスタイルの女性シンガーに興味がある方に、
色眼鏡や前情報なしでぜひ耳にして欲しい素直なヴォーカル・アルバムに仕上がりました。

This is a compilation of recordings by Ashirirera (Yuuki NAKAYADO), a Japanese female singer-songwriter who died young in 2014. It includes live recordings and demos as well as studio recordings by her band Suimintoh. She performed at numerous events on 'the underground of the Tokyo Underground Scene', accompanying herself on the accordion.
