The song is based on the theme of what he learned from the painful and sad experiences he has had in life, and features lyrics that are true to himself and melodies played in a gentle voice. He himself suffered from manic depression and had a weak heart, but after discovering hip hop, he became stronger and grew with the help of his friends.
