NARI's 2nd EP "Sha.(Forgiveness)" further expands his unique AI-driven music production style, exploring a deeper fusion with traditional Japanese aesthetics.
This project blends elements of traditional Japanese instruments such as shamisen, shakuhachi, and taiko drums with the speed and intensity of Vocaloid-inspired digital sound, creating a distinctive sonic landscape.
The EP includes "Kami no Utsuwa," which has surpassed 200,000 views on YouTube, as well as "Tokoyo," a track that received strong demand from listeners for streaming release. Alongside these, newly written songs explore themes of failure, inner conflict, self-acceptance, and the nature of existence itself.
Structured as a continuous journey from "Kami no Utsuwa" to "Banzai," the EP examines the concept of "forgiveness" from multiple perspectives. While retaining elements of swing and R&B established in his previous work "Zankyo," this release ventures further into themes rooted in Japanese spirituality and impermanence, presenting a new dimension of NARI's artistic expression.
6 tracks included.
