Wrong Pop

SHU-MI, who advocates alternative rap music across various genres such as R & B and rock, digitally released a new song "Wrong Pop" on February 1, 2023 (Wednesday). The theme of this work is "argument", and the sense of incongruity with the current situation where arguing against the opponent is enjoyed as entertainment is expressed by playing with the word "Ronpa(argument) = WrongPop". A funk-taste track with impressive guitar riffs and groovy cutting guitars coexists with melodious songs and unique word-choice raps. The MV, which contains the farce of kidnapping and brawling by members of SHU-MI, embodies the violence hidden in the recent "disputation" boom. Xiao Yifan, who directed and filmed the music video for "super intelli" released in 2022, is also in charge of this work.
