EPITHYMiA made their indie debut on March 15th, 2024.
They have been streaming daily cover dance performances on TikTok and YouTube, but starting with their December 2025 streams, they will transition to live vocal performances featuring DJ elements and live guitar-revealing a new, more artist-forward side of themselves.
Their album "Story of EPITHYMiA" includes all of the original songs they have released since their debut, along with two brand new tracks. Opening with their latest song "Fly into the Fantasy", which serves as the gateway to EPITHYMiA's Fantasy World and expresses their wish to walk through a movie-like life together with HOPE (their fans), the album offers a deeply immersive experience that feels just like watching a film.
It's an album you'll want to listen to when you need to lift your spirits or escape into another world. Just like the popcorn featured on the album cover, grab a handful, relax, and dive into the cinematic universe of EPITHYMiA.
DIGITAL STRATEGY & GLOBAL ACHIEVEMENTS Focusing on TikTok, EPITHYMiA reached 750,000 followers in just one year. Their YouTube channel, launched in 2025, surpassed 90,000 subscribers within its first year. EPITHYMiA is a groundbreaking creative collective led by multilingual members fluent in four languages. As a fully self-produced group, they handle everything from songwriting and composition to video editing, choreography, and costume design. By conducting bilingual live streams, they embody the mission of bringing "Japan to the World." Following their 2023 trainee period, they made their official indie debut in March 2024. Entering 2026, their global momentum is accelerating faster than ever. DYNAMIC LINEUPS & MUSICAL VERSATILITY EPITHYMiA employs a fluid operational style, changing its configuration from 2 to 6 members depending on the track. This highlights each member's individual artistry and allows for diverse musical directions. While major festivals typically feature 3 to 6 members in a high-energy dance-and-vocal style, they also incorporate live DJ sets and guitar performances tailored to each stage. THE SOUND OF EPITHYMiA Led by vocalist Rei and rapper R.D, the group delivers an "Electro-Rock" sound with edgy guitar riffs. Their releases feature cinematic storytelling and melodies reminiscent of iconic anime themes. Through close collaboration with their production team, they have created a J-ROCK/J-POP fusion that resonates deeply with international audiences. Chart Success: Their trainee-era album hit #1 on iTunes K-POP/J-POP charts in two countries and reached the Top 10 in several others, including Japan. Media Coverage: Their global impact was featured on the national TV show "Why Did You Come to Japan?" and they are frequently highlighted on the music program "Music BB." GLOBAL REACH: 90% INTERNATIONAL FANBASE Since their debut, EPITHYMiA has built a massive following in the Americas and Europe, with 90% of their fans residing outside of Japan. International Events: Since 2023, they have performed at major music and Japan festivals across the U.S. and Canada. 2026 Outlook: This year marks their highly anticipated debut in Europe alongside major festival appearances in Japan, scaling their live activities on a truly global stage. DUO PROJECTS (UNIT ACTIVITIES) EPITHYMiA operates unit projects to explore diverse genres. Four projects are currently scheduled for release. Currently, "Remain (from EPITHYMiA)," featuring Maito and Rei, is the active unit since 2025, having already released two EP albums focusing on classic American Pop.
