この作品のはじまりは、コロナ禍で疎遠になっていた友人との再会。
その友人は連絡とらなかった間に、精神的に苦しみ、病みを抱えていました。
その時に「どうして気づいて あげられなかったのだろう、どうして寄り添ってあげられなかったのだろう」 と後悔を感じたことがきっかけです。
ひとりじゃないのに孤独を感じたり、不安で苦しくて眠れないときもあります。
そんな夜に聴いて安心してほしいという私の願い、祈りが込められています。
