Rough sun

Even at this very moment, the sun is radiating vast amounts of energy into the cosmos. Earth's natural world, human civilization, and the lives of each one of us have all been sustained by that light. Yet, the sun-seemingly eternal-is constantly changing; in the distant future, it may expand and engulf the Earth.
This work poses a question that goes beyond the mere end of the world.
There are events in life that we cannot resist, no matter how hard we try: fate, illness, aging, parting, natural disasters, and the passage of time. When faced with such overwhelming forces, do we simply give in to grief and sorrow? Or do we accept reality and seek a way to coexist within the confines of our limited time and circumstances?
Being unable to resist something is not the same as giving up.
Even if our freedom is restricted, the possibility of choosing our future is not entirely lost. Within the time allotted to us, what do we gaze upon, what do we protect, and how do we live? In that space, a small hope still remains.
