• ZEPAKIPA

  ZEPAKIPA is a two-person band formed in the summer of 2025. EPPAI sings while simultaneously playing the violin and piano. KAZUMA plays a 360-degree drum set and percussion instruments. Each melody, without repeats, is a melody that even great composers could not have found in their lifetime. The underlying rhythm is a crisp, crisp rhythm that changes with each listen. During their live performances, which seem to be broken down and then reassembled, the clock becomes a mere second hand. EPPAI has also performed as a street performer at festivals throughout Japan and around the world. Simultaneous violin and piano playing is said to be forever new. KAZUMA has played in bands spanning a variety of musical genres, based on jazz drums. His unnaturally calculated sounds, which appear one after another, erase the boundary between human and drum.
