Carry the Wind Forward, Hachinohe

Inspired by Hachinohe, a coastal city in Aomori Prefecture, Japan, "Carry the Wind Forward, Hachinohe" celebrates the region's natural beauty, living traditions, and the spirit of its people.

From the cool Yamase winds sweeping in from the Pacific Ocean to the Hachinohe Enburi festival welcoming spring and the spectacular Hachinohe Sansha Taisai summer festival, the song captures the city's changing seasons and enduring cultural heritage.

Blending the expressive melodies of Nanbu shamisen with shinobue flute, traditional Japanese percussion, and powerful rock instrumentation, this Japanese folk-rock anthem brings together tradition and modern energy.

With passionate female vocals and spirited festival-inspired chants, the music tells a story of resilience, pride, and hope for future generations.

Presented by Studio Milelio Music, this song is a tribute to Hachinohe and the traditions carried forward through time.
