The theme of this song is "graduation."
The title is pronounced "Sakura Kaze."
I chose this title because I imagined the wind blowing cherry blossom petals up in the air.
The lyrics are based on the feelings I had on graduation day.
I wasn't able to cry at my graduation ceremony, but how about you guys...?
The song as a whole is a ballad with a simple band arrangement centered around the sound of piano.
A counter melody was added to the second half of the chorus, an arrangement that will remind you of the chorus at graduation ceremonies, so please listen to the end!
The music video has a very simple structure to match the song, but I put a lot of effort into the depiction of cherry blossoms fluttering in the air, as in the title, so please do check it out!
