気鋭のアーティストグループ、劇団あはひのメンバーが中心となって結成された音楽ユニットの第一作。ウィリアム・シェイクスピアの残した詩集と、吉田健一によるその翻訳を題材として制作され、2019年に彼らが上演した舞台作品『ソネット』。それが「音楽演劇」としてリクリエーションされた本作では、舞台版の劇伴を担当した大儀見海も作曲者として再び参加し、新たな音楽表現の地平を切り拓いている。
