While organizing my phone album I found photos of us that I thought I had deleted still saved in the cloud. Me smiling and you looking at me. We looked so happy back then and I cannot understand how it ended up like this. I should delete them but my finger will not move. I put them in the trash then take them back. I open them then close them again. My swiping finger will not stop. My finger freezes over the delete button. Will there ever be a day when I can look at these without feeling anything? In the photo I am smiling not yet knowing about the breakup. Until I can decide where these photos belong my heart stays suspended in limbo. I still cannot decide. But until I can I will leave them here.
