CURVE

ZIN, a solitary R&B/SOUL singer and a member of the Kansai-based artist collective "Soulflex," releases his long-awaited debut full album.

The album is crafted around the theme of "CURVE," inspired by the idea that in the midst of city life, surrounded by "straight lines," people seek solace and healing in the "curves" of nature. The songs are designed to resonate deeply with listeners, evoking memories of a place they long to return to.

Not confined to the R&B/SOUL sounds that define his roots, ZIN's ambitious project incorporates ambient and experimental elements. The album features guest appearances by NF Zessho, a rapper and beatmaker who has garnered support both within and beyond the hip-hop scene. The production credits include Soulflex members Mori Zentaro and RaB, as well as TyaPaTii, TiMT, FKD, and 906. Additionally, musicians active across both major and indie scenes lend their talents, resulting in a multifaceted, deep work that reflects ZIN's unique ability to bridge the band and club scenes.
