The album title is taken from Rakuryuji, a live house in a private house, where it is said that a dragon descends.

Some of the songs on this album were recorded in the past, but due to the recent epidemic, I decided to release them again.

Believe in the present and look to the future so that you can have peace of mind. That's what I think.
Although it's a download, I wanted it to be as close to live music as possible, so it was a one-shot recording that was contrary to the world's recordings, wasn't it? There are places like that, but I would appreciate it if you could listen to it as if it was a live performance.
