Recorded at dawn in a wide, open clearing.
I waited for the moment when birds begin to speak, when the night loosens its grip and sound slowly returns to the land.
Among familiar calls, there were voices I rarely hear-rails and owls-sliding into the soundscape.
For a brief while, it felt as if I had stepped into a neighboring world, slightly out of phase with the everyday one.

What remains is a layered, three-dimensional chorus:
depths overlapping, distances folding inward,
morning quietly finding its way back.

    miduno｜フィールド録音家 / サウンドドキュメンタリスト 自然や都市の環境に溶け込むささやかな音を捉え、その場所に息づく気配や時間の流れを記録するフィールド録音家。 岐阜県瑞浪市出身。 ラジオ局でのミキサー業務を経て、レコーディング・エンジニアの赤川新一氏に師事し、録音技術や音への向き合い方を学ぶ。 現在は、自然音・環境音の録音を中心に、サウンドスケープの収集・編集・アーカイブを行いながら、作品としての公開や音素材の提供、展示・プロジェクト参加など幅広い形で活動を続けている。 録音対象は、風の揺らぎ、街のざわめき、水の流れ、環境の中に偶発的に生まれるリズムやハーモニーなど、多様な音の「瞬間」。 音が生まれる背景や文脈も含め、環境そのものが持つ物語を記録する姿勢を大切にしている。 制作したフィールド録音は、坂本龍一氏が選定するJ-WAVE『RADIO SAKAMOTO』の年間優秀作品や、国際的なサウンドプロジェクト Cities and Memory の「Field Recordings of the Year 2025」に選ばれるなど、国内外で紹介されている。 機材は、Sennheiser MKH 418-S、ZOOM F6、Sound Devices MixPre-10 II をはじめ、用途に応じたマイクセットやハイドロフォンを使用。 録音環境に合わせて最適なセッティングを追求し、フィールドの状況に寄り添う柔軟な手法を心がけている。 テーマとして関心を寄せているのは、環境音が記憶や感情に与える影響、地域固有の音の保存、自然と都市の“音の境界”の変化、偶発性を含んだ音の表現。 録音という行為を通じて、場所の見え方や感じ方を少しだけ変えるような、ささやかで確かな体験を提案していきたいと考えている。
