WHY DO WE FALL? is the latest single from Need a Flex and Kamui. The title takes inspiration from the iconic line in the movie Batman Begins: Why do we fall? It represents the struggle and determination of both artists as they rise above challenges in the music scene.
The track was born during the very first session of Kamui's new Twitch project IN THE BOOTH on RAF_Studio also known as RAFS. In the live stream, Kamui created the prod 3i beat while Need a Flex recorded his flow in real time, capturing the raw energy of the moment. After the stream ended, Kamui added his own vocals, turning it into an official joint single.
Musically, the song blends the aggressive drive of RAGE with a pop sensibility, making the hook both intense and addictive. Lyrical references such as third eye, Cerberus, and Nostradamus highlight the symbolic depth of the track while reflecting the mindset of both artists.

Need a Flex is a Tokyo based artist who moves freely through the worlds of Rage Plug and Pluggnb. He builds a unique sound that blends floating melodies raw aggression and cyberpunk energy. In Tokyos underground rap scene he stands out for his ability to balance precise mellow tones with rough emotional impulses. His flow is versatile sometimes shouted sometimes sung and his dreamlike yet aggressive lyrics pull listeners into a deep immersive world. On stage Need a Flex turns emotion into explosive energy capturing the feelings of Tokyos youth and transforming every live performance into a powerful experience. In 2024 he released his first mixtape Destruction and Rebirth expressing both strong ego and fragile emotion over Rage and Pluggnb driven beats.
