SEKIZEN is a trio consisting of Yu-taro, Sakurai, and GGGNDNRW. Their debut album, ETERNAL SUNSET, brings together eleven tracks where three childhood classmates from Tokyo tear through hip-hop and glitch-hop beats with singing, rapping, spoken word, and whatever else feels right-playing as freely as kids running wild in a neighborhood park.

After reuniting in their thirties, the three friends spent more than six months meeting once a month at an inexpensive karaoke spot in their hometown, bringing recording gear each time to create ETERNAL SUNSET.

It doesn't look like curfew is coming anytime soon.

    SEKIZEN Formed in 2025. An alternative sampling crew hailing from Shimouma, Setagaya Ward, Tokyo, and raised in Sangenjaya. The core members are Sakurai, the lone female presence; Yutarow, the mascot-like presence; and Deniro, the instigator. The members are childhood friends from elementary school. They collaborate with classmates from their hometown of Shimouma on creative projects like band logos and music video shoots. Currently working diligently on their 1st album.
