The first release in about a year from Shizuka Kanata, who runs Sapporo's Chameleon Label, produces music for sleepy.ab and others, and is a member of YAYYAY, features three ambient instrumental tracks.
Noise intertwines with a background of transparent sounds that are both electric and acoustic. Tricky piano melodies are also a distinctive feature.

Artist Profile

    The name of the solo project by Kazushi Tanaka, who serves as the head of the Hokkaido-based indie label Chameleon Label, as well as a composer, arranger, and producer for numerous major and indie artists. He began his career as an artist in 2013 with the release of two albums, *Snow* and *Divine Hokkaido*. Since then, he has released numerous tracks featuring vocalists such as Masaya Mifune (Roth Bart Boron), Tsuyoshi Naruyama (sleepy.ab), Miku Kako, GIRA MUNDO, ISSEI (The Cynical Store), MOTHERCOAT, and Shamyar as vocalists, as well as numerous electronic instrumental tracks. In 2020, he formed the band YAYYAY with Yu (vocals, guitar, Chirinuru Wawaka, ex-GOGO!7188), An Suhara (violin), and Junpei Hayashida (cello) to form the band YAYYAY, releasing two albums. In 2024, he launched Warashand, an electronic music and video project, and in 2025, he formed the electronic unit Apo:ism with singer-songwriter Kino Kato. As Kazushi Tanaka, he concurrently engages in various creative projects, including providing songs for actors such as Yo Oizumi, as well as creating music for commercials, events, and theatrical productions.
