Chisaka no Uta was created as the theme song for a short film starring Hibiki Nakagawa.

The song compares life to a series of slopes, portraying how the people we meet, the words we exchange, and the experiences we go through gradually shape who we are.

The lyrics were written by the film's director, Katsunori Sato, with music composed by Yoshitaka Suzuki. Hibiki Nakagawa, who plays the lead role in the film, performs the song.
