This solo composition captures that very scene through the intricate multi-tracking of a single bass guitar.

While rooted in the structure of my looper-based performances, this studio work pushes the beauty of the bass sound to its absolute limit. To build a precise ensemble, I meticulously designed the tone, panning, and frequency balance of every individual layer. Beyond mere overlapping sounds, each phrase plays a distinct role, creating a sense of weightless floating combined with a powerful sense of momentum.

I paid particular attention to achieving a crystal-clear texture from the richness of the low end to the transparent highs, aiming for a delicate resonance where layers of sound seem to dissolve into one another.
