Japan's historic National High School Baseball Championship was canceled due to the Coronavirus pandemic, and the students were very sad, so I wrote this song because I wanted to encourage them.
When the students look back on this 10 years later, I hope that it will be passed down not as a sad memory but as a memory of overcoming hardships and finding hope.
