デビューシングル「ブラックハイウェイのテーマ」から約1年半ぶりとなる今作は、前作同様に大学時代に制作された楽曲をベースに、本作の主人公であるバンドメンバーの10年後の現在を描いた2番が新たに追加され、遂に完成に辿りついたバンド集大成のロックナンバー。
夢と現実の狭間を生きる全てのパンクスに捧ぐ、ほろ苦く沁み渡る「わかば」のような応援歌。

Artist Profile

  • BLACK HIGHWAY

    Formed in 2008 in Otsu, Shiga Prefecture by former high school classmates in the light music club. The band's name comes from the color black, a common band name, plus the deep purple Highway Star. They have performed at many live houses, mainly in Shiga Prefecture, and in 2010 they planned the summer festival "SUICA FASTA" at Ishiyama U-STONE, which closed with great success. In 2011, vocalist Morita, a former high school classmate and regular customer, joined the band, making them the current four-member group. Influenced by Japanese rock from the 80s and 90s, the band's style is characterized by straightforward 8-beat punk rock.
